Create a simple demo page using gh-pages

Something that is purely for fun - create a demo page that could demonstrate how exactly this plugin works.
I've started demo-app which contains Svelte+Webpack+Bulma. Since I've no idea how this page should look I'm not able to make any significant progress. This can be used as a starting point or removed entirely.
