Can't re-open/re-show borders, and application sends crash report when I try to start it up again.

I'm struggling a LOT to use this, and I've tried to follow the wiki, but the instructions in it just don't exist in my download?
The wiki said that in order to reshow borders, you just rightclick on the application in the taskbar and it's listed under "Actions" but when I try to do this, there are no Actions listed. I can't get the border back by right-clicking on the app in taskbar, or on the overlay itself, or anything. My only solution is to just close the application through the taskbar and then re-open it so i can see the borders.

Only every time I have to do that, the application gives me a great big crash report even though it didn't crash? And if i close the report and reopen the application it opens just fine, like nothing happened.

I have the most recent version of the app installed. and i'm just trying to use this to see my youtube stream chat while i game on my laptop, using the url from streamlabs chatbox, like the wiki recommended.
