Wont recognize the MicrosoftEdgeWebview2 install

Simple as that, the program doesnt recognize that webview2 is installed, even did a full reinstall of the edge browser and then tried running the webview2 install, simply says "Already installed" and the TwitchChatOverlay app just stays blacked out asking me to install webview2

sorry no clue how exactly i fixed it on my end, i reinstalled microsoft edge like 7 times and re-installed the overlay chat a few times and eventually it worked
