no overlay at gameplay

Hi, i use the latest Version, on Desktop it works, with or without Border.
But if i play in fullscreen, then chat not visible. I play Heldiver 2 and i have check all settings.
Setting: Nvidia 3070Ti Win11 Screenresolution 2560x1024 with all latest patches and drivers

In general if you use full screen mode it won't work, should be windowed full screen
