Building on Linux w/ libtool-2.4.6, autoconf-2.59 and automake-1.11.6

Hi,
I can upgrade versions if needed, but I'd rather not if not necessary.
From a clean git clone:
/usr/local/src/libbrotli# ./autogen.sh

Never mind...
error: Autoconf version 2.62 or higher is required
