Images failing to load and process

On your website at https://baidut.github.io/PaQ-2-PiQ/ you have a online demo and allow uses to upload an image to get a quality score.

I have uploaded more than a dozen images. Each time I notice that the image displays above the drop box, but no score is rendered and in the drop box it gives an error message. I have tried images of varying sizes even ones at 512 X 384. No luck.
