4.2.0: Waiting postgres up 10 seconds...

Heya,

Can't seem to get 4.2.0 to run.

metrics, api and indexer are giving me WRN Waiting postgres up 10 seconds...

I think it's related to the configs having the dbname commented out (so it's not settable and doesn't have a default):
