Scope of this list?

I'm currently looking into providing some legal text for a homepage and stumbled upon this list looking for a template.
Currently this list doesn't provide many hints or links on this topic - is this even in the current scope?

If so I would like to suggest adding opr.vc, which provides German text blocks on this matter.

Additionally this list might provide a bit of the usual infrastructure of such awesome lists. That would include a preffered way of contributing and maybe the scope.
