Add Rocket launcher like features

Rocket launcher recently stopped updating and decided to merge Alphaconsole.
I and multiple people cant use Alpha console for various reasons, bug/crashes etc etc.
So it for the sake of the community, Bakkes mod injector should add features that rocket launcher had.
- Map swapper
- Host Lan lobbies
- Connect to lan lobbies

The listed plugin is designed to mimic rocket launcher, and includes all the features you listed
