How does one create a new macro?

Hello,

How does one create a new macro? For example I'd like an @CodeInLine tag that wraps a string in <code></code> tags (similar to @codeblock but without the <pre> tag).

I was unable to find it in the docs.

Once I understand it I would be happy to make a PR adding it to the docs.
