Ender KE, Y Axis is opposite bed movement

On Ender KE; Y Axis Arrows are opposite the direction of the actual bed movement. Such that Y- points towards the front of the machine, but the bed moves away from the from and vis versa.

In the setting is switch to invert these icons :)

Setting doesn't seem to work on my end.

I have the same issue. Inside System section of Guppy Screen there is no option to invert those icons, only the Z icon but not the Y one which is the one that moves in the opposite direction.
