Try to reproduce this locally by updating the ballerina version to 2201.9.0 and got following test failures;

Following issues were the root causes for the build failure:
Currently both these issues have been fixed and the build is passing. Hence, closing this issue.
Note: Since, both the above issues are not related to Azure service bus connector I have removed the Type/Bug label from the issue.
