Description:
The provided https://ballerina.io/learn/api-docs/ballerina/websub.html in https://github.com/w3c/websub/blob/master/implementation-reports/HUB-ballerina.md gives a 404.

Please correct the link to updated ones - https://central.ballerina.io/ballerina/websub/2.11.0

Need to be updated in PUBLISHER-ballerina and SUBSCRIBER-ballerina too.
