Don't merge itself

In ExtraPlugin::mergeOrDefer(), I think we should skip itself IMO. The issue occurs with https://github.com/theofidry/composer-inheritance-plugin where when I do composer bin X, it will be executed recursively...

I'm however not sure if this should be fixed here or in my plugin.
