Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Kubernetes v1.26 deprecated v2betaX for HorizontalPodAutoscaler. The operator still uses v2beta2.
Thus, the operator is not usable in conjunction with autoscaling starting with k8s 1.26.
Describe the solution you'd like to see
IMHO using a switch on the defined resource versions (API capabilities) would be the preferred solution.
