Publish to Terraform Registry

Could we publish this to the new Terraform Registry for Providers? Looks to be fairly straightforward from these new docs.

It would make it easier for newcomers to get set up, as well as just making it easier for a new developer to get the provider set up on their laptop.

Hi @dbirks,

good idea, the only issue is that the terraform registry is in closed beta, for now, so we can't publish any modules there. Will keep an eye on it.

It is now out of beta (same timing as 0.13 release). Would be awesome if you could publish the provider there 🎉
