[factorization] Restart from correct time value when changing time-step size

When restating the simulation from a non-zero time-step index with a different time-step size, the time values written in the forces.txt file are incorrect.
Solution would be to add the time value to the HDF5 file with the numerical solution.
This value will be used as the initial time value when restarting.
