Cant use InjectUser and RequireUser decorators

when I try to build the application using one of the decoratores i get this error:
Unexpected token < Evaluating http://localhost:3000/angular2/src/core/util/decorators Error loading http://localhost:3000/client/app
tried to reset and reinstall all packages, no luck.
