Roster needs a status column

• Add Status column to Roster page
• Implement DNS and DNF in Status column
• Implement Incoming, In-station, Gone in Status column

Josh-"I think the roster needs a status column. From what I can tell, to find out if 'Joe' has been through I need to look him up in the roster, then move over to the stats screen and search there."

May include the DNS and DNF info here too, perhaps same column to display DNS, DNF, Incoming, In-station, Gone
