With the upcoming IBAN legislation this library really comes in handy :D Could you please tag it as 1.0?

Thanks for prodding me. I'll get on it. There's a false assumption in the BIC Code getter, I'll either fix that or tear it out before release.

Nice. With the assumption in place it only works for countries with a bank identifier of length 4.
