Submission Format for Text Assignments

What format would you prefer non-coding assignments to be written in? Physically handed in pen and paper work, LaTeX formatted, or another method?

I expect a pdf on canvas. If you prefer to scan a hand-written solution, that's fine; just make sure everything is legible.
