Harem still uses CGI.

Harem still uses python-cgi rather than wsgi.  This makes some of the
heavily called components very slow.

The main page of the frontend has been converted to WSGI, and it's absolutely
bitchin' fast now :)

hash_{full,mid,thumb} have also been converted, they will be checked-in soon 
enough -
the benefits are easily seen when you load a page with 50 thumbnails on it...

Correction, the WSGI content-redirector code has already been checked-in. Next 
up
would be the edit_tags page.
