django 3.0 support

I get this error when installing:
django.template.library.InvalidTemplateLibrary: Invalid template library specified. ImportError raised when trying to load 'wpadmin.templatetags.wpadmin_menu_tags': No module named 'django.utils.importlib

Any fix?
