Plugin 'Text Domain Completion for WordPress' (version '0.8.1') is not compatible
with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 231.* or older but
the current build is PS-232.8660.205

Sorry for the time you had to wait. The plugin should be updated by now and ready to download from JetBrains' plugins page
