Code samples in official documentation work for 1.3.1 but not for 2.1.3

Steps to Reproduce
  1. use code to insert text as described on https://github.com/basecamp/trix#inserting-and-deleting-text
  2. you will get element2.editor is undefined for 2.1.3 in firefox.
  3. everything works for 1.3.1

  • Trix version: 2.1.3
  • Browser name and version: latest firefox , chrome
  • Operating system: Win11

When I load provided jsFiddle in Chrome, Vivaldi then the text Hello2 appears SOMETIMES. https://youtu.be/2LR6WaoLIDI
