I've pushed 25cf7b6 to comment it out to resolve the problem for now, but we should likely make a decision at some point as to what we want to do wrt that repo and its inclusion in our tests.

@jonmeredith The code in the https://github.com/basho/faulterl/ library is ugly to an extreme, but it's effective. Sooner or later I'd like to see the nasty current code generation scheme replaced with something less ugly. I wouldn't mind flipping the OSS bit now, but it's your call.
