update eslintrc with new functions

I generated the data of all functions in the site repo https://raw.githubusercontent.com/basiljs/basiljs.github.io/develop/_data/function-list.json
can be taken copy paste into eslintrc

I will come up with a smarter way to do this.

Copy paste will do for the moment, but yes, in the long run, we'll need this automated so new functions are automatically included.

Maybe !w should switch from eslintrc to eslintrc.js this can include JavaScript and create dynamic rules
