exception 'error' with message 'unsupported operand type(s) for <<: by 'bytes' and 'int'

I am using R307 fingerprint module with raspberry-pi 3. when I run the code, after some time I am encounter with following error. Try to resolve it by closing and opening the port but could not success. can you suggest me any solution?
