Block C has two links:

Long term: T716: Web Accessibility for Canada.ca through CSPS (Canada School of the Public Service)

Short term: Accessibility - Information and Communication Technologies Accessibility for Web Development in Saba taught by ITAO.

I don't believe T716 is offered any more on CSPS. I checked their catalogue but could not find this course.

The link to the ICT Accessibility for Web Development course is incorrect. It should point to SABA
