Singapore (MUIS) Calculation Method Degrees

jAk for such a beautiful library. We, at Prayers Connect also started using this library with the hope that all such sites will provide consistent timing and not confuse the global muslims.
I was checking calculation method for Singapore. Seems in the library, Isha is set at 18. When I asked Google Bard, this is what it responded
The Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) used to calculate the start time of Isha prayer at 18 degrees below the horizon. However, they changed the calculation method in 2017 to 17 degrees below the horizon. This was done in response to a fatwa (religious edict) issued by the International Islamic Fiqh Academy, which stated that the start time of Isha prayer should be calculated at 17 degrees below the horizon for countries located in the tropics.
I'm doing further research to see whether it's 17 or 18. Also I emailed them and hoping to get an official response. I'll update if I get a response iA.
I just tested with calculation time with CalculationMethod.Singapore() (which is 18 degrees for isha) and I found it matches closely (getting 1 min diff) with official site. With 17, it differs several minutes
So, I'm not sure where bard found 17. I'll leave this issue open for a few days while I verify further. Unless someone finds otherwise, we can close this then iA.
