Hi,
Is there any configuration in this project that makes the use src/Acme/DemoBundle/Resources/public/components/cache/ compulsory (by running the php app/console sp:bower:install)?

How to make the user of the JS files not requiring the command?

I found it. It is SpBowerBundle as shown in AppKernel.php in L32
