Make post display count different between lists

The variable retrievecount is currently applied to unified and global timelines, mentions, interactions, channels… all of them.

As there's now a user configuration file for storing the display counts it makes sense to have a first-time setup (with sensible suggestions) and/or defaults.

Started in v0.3.6, will double numbers in v0.3.10.

Closing though there's room for improvement; the basic 2 numbers work well.
