Summary
"Exactly one main landmark" does not allow <main> elements
Expected Behaviour
"Exactly one main landmark" passes if there is a <main> element.
Current Behaviour
"Exactly one main landmark" fails if there is a <main> element. It only passes if it finds an element with role="main"
