Help anchor for Connect scrolls too low

Unfortunately since the containers anchored also size the SVG icons inside it, any of the old CSS tricks either don't work or change the shape/size of the icons. Archors to h2 eleents do work fine, so taking in consideration the small return to the time invested needed I'll mark this as a "no-fix".

However PRs are more than welcome if anybody would like to work on this.
