  • still relying on old cached Matrix versions somewhere, thus getting the function 'cholmod_factor_ldetA' not provided by package 'Matrix' error (see lme4/lme4#759, etc. ...)
  • pak is not finding glmmADMB even though it's in Additional_repositories: in the DESCRIPTION file. What is the right Remotes: incantation? (Or could add it directly to the YAML)
