Latest Kodi update disables plugin

Kodi (on Nvidia Shield) has just auto-updated to Kodi v19 "Matrix" Beta 1. When started it informed me that the Kodi F1 TV plugin had been disabled as it was incompatible.
I know that I can revert to previous, stable build, but it might be useful to fix the incompatibility if it's not too complex.
Version is 0.1.7
