Showcase not issuing credentials when using deep link (single device)

Description of problem

When going through the showcase using a single device, when attempting to issue a credential by tapping "open in wallet" link, a connection is made by no credential is issued. When trying to resend the credential offer by tapping "send another credential", it doesn't do anything.

Expected behavior

Deep link works and if the connection is established but a credential offer wasn't sent, the "send another credential" should send another offer.

Steps to reproduce

• Go to the showcase and try either Alice or Joyce
• At the credential issuance stage, tap "open in wallet"
• the showcase correctly redirects to BC Wallet and establishes a connection but no credential offer is sent
• Go back to the showcase and try to resend the credential offer
