a user isn't able to export from a "method 2" cciss query of districtxbgc. i replicated this error. the download says "data.download.htm - site wasn't available."
i also got this error sporadically when trying to export a method 1 (points) query.
urgent fix needed as this is for a contractor who is doing a high-profile application of cciss results.
