Create issuer app that issues verifiable credentials to a mobile app

Please create the verifiable credential Issuer app as described here. Note the logic after the participant has been authenticated, as he or she may not be given access to the main demo based on the time limited GUID and the "ActiveYN" flag. Depending on why the participant is not given access results in a different flow for the user.
