FLO is a network of electric vehicle charging stations across North America.
Their site has a charging station locator: https://www.flo.com/en-ca/flo-network/. Inspecting its requests shows calls to their API (for example, https://account.flo.ca/api/network/stations). However this will only find FLO stations, which seems to be of limited use for the CleanBC app.
