No such mailbox

At the command line, I execute it just as shown. However, I get back: No such mailbox.

I've tried this several times, retyping the email address to make sure I'm not making mistakes. I even moved the exe to the Outlook data directory for the user I'm trying to help. Still no luck.

Is this a case of Operator Error or have I found a Real Bug. :)

i get the same error - No such mailbox

I'm using google app sync between outlook and gmail.
-s option shows my mail box correctly but when i execute ".\OutlookRulesExport.exe " it says "No such mailbox"
