Script flag inconsistency - CHECKDATASIG

bitcoin-abc uses the flag 1 << 18 for SCRIPT_ENABLE_CHECKDATASIG whereas we use it for VERIFY_MONOLITH_OPCODES.
Reminder that we need to take care of this.
