The previous release on PyPi is from 2015, and there have been some important changes since then (for example, taking the basename of the target script).
Time for a new release?

Ah, I thought everything that had changed was docs/test stuff but looks like there are some genuine fixes in there. I've released what's on master as 0.4.0.
