Test idle timeouts when AVD bugs related to avatar unload are fixed

The feature which disables TX/RX objects when there is no local receiver should time out after 2-4 seconds of no local receiving avatar. I can't currently test this due to AVD bugs, where triggers break when the transmitter is unloaded when colliding, so this will need to be tested later.
