Would love to see EEG data included in the mega-list.
Me too! Do you have any pointers?
Some of the best datasets in the field are from :
http://www.bbci.de/competition/iv/
Not sure the best dataset covering epilepsy / serizure data.

- Melbourne University AES/MathWorks/NIH Seizure Prediction
- Grasp-and-Lift EEG Detection
- American Epilepsy Society Seizure Prediction Challenge
- UPenn and Mayo Clinic's Seizure Detection Challenge
We've added the Kaggle EEG datasets. Closing for now.
