Overview: The codes in this package can be used to generate figures found in the manuscript above. All codes were written in MATLAB. Figures 5 and 6 of the main text can be generated by running file 1 in MATLAB. Figures S4-S5, S6-S7, and S8-S9 in the supplementary material can be generated by running files 2, 3, and 4, respectively. Files 5-8 contain parameter sets associated with the different versions of the model in Files 1-4. Files 9-11 contain datasets digitized from the study of Dibb et al. (J. Physiol. 2007. 585(Pt 2):579-92).
