Is it possible 2.8mA charging current if I put higher resistor value?

Hi, according to the MCP73831 datasheet the maximum resistor value is 67k, which yields a minimal charging current of 15mA. Most probably, it is NOT possible to set charging current to 2.8mA.

so, are there any different solution to reach 2.8mA :( if you know may you share with me
