Submenu stays open

Hi!
Not sure when it started, but I noticed, the submenu in the Home menu style: Clean and minimal stays open after clicking an item.
I use them for smart-playlists and noticed, that after the playback, the submenu is still open. Is this a bug, or is there maybe a new option?
Here is a clip what I mean: Open a submenu click on any item, go back: the submenu should be closed but is still open.

Kodi 20.2 - Windows and Firestick. Checked on fresh installs/default settings.
