Support Chrome 68 (stable)

Since the new Chrome 68 release - Version 68.0.3440.75 (Official Build) (64-bit), I can enable PiP mode by downgrading minimum_chrome_version to my current chrome version then enable chrome flags, according to this post. So please update this extension in the Chrome Web Store to support Chrome 68 stable release.
