Add provider description, address, image & tax id

We need to show provider's details in the invoice. Beckn specification under providers allow us to pass, description, image, address & tax id(as long description or additional description)

Add address to Vendure and expose it in Provider>>Location[0].Address
Expose logo in Provider>>Descriptor>>MediaFile
We have written to Spec team on TaxId.
